Ernesto: Ernesto Guevara, better known by his pseudonym “Che Guevara” or “El Che”, was born in 1928 in Argentina. A revolutionary and politician, he was one of the symbols of the Cuban Revolution alongside Fidel Castro. At times a great romantic, he was also a cigar lover, believing that smoking them was his “only vice” and a gift from heaven.
About Trudon: The oldest candle maker in the world began in 1643 when Claude Trudon became the owner of a boutique on the rue Saint Honoré where he developed his activity as a grocer and candler. His candles were purchased to light parishes and homes. Thus, in the early days of Louis the 14th’s reign, Claude Trudon created a manufacturing company that would make his family’s fortune. Trudon supplied Versailles up to the last days of the Ancient Regime and in 1811 supplied Napoleon and his imperial court.
